While you are on Accutane, there is a drastically elevated level of it in your body. Your liver is constantly proccessing and filtering it out, causing elevated liver strain. WebThe kombucha you buy at the store has less than 0.5% alcohol. I drink it and don't notice the alcoholic effects, and it certainly doesn't make me want to drink, so I consider safe for me.
