WebFunny how the best rated Buffy episodes are all in one way or another, gimmick episodes. I'd rate "The Body" the worst. Not that it's bad. It isn't but it could have been in any show, it was executed well, brilliantly acted, and well directed, but when thinking of doing a rewatch, I think if I never watch the episode again, I will be perfectly ok.
